Savoury Vegetable Muffins

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Baking powder
  • 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up All Purpose
  • ¾ cup CARNATION Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Shredded callaloo bush
  • ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 cup Whole kernel corn


  1. Combine flour, baking powder and Season up. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Mix evaporated milk, slightly beaten egg whites, oil, shredded callaloo bush, cheese, carrot and corn.

  3. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Batter should be lumpy, do not over mix.

  4. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

  5. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown
