  • 2 Pieces Garlic , minced
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Can Stout
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! Powdered Seasoning Fish 10G Sachet
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Onion , grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Chive , finely chopped


    1. In a small bowl whisk together garlic, honey, stout, red pepper flakes, mustard, MAGGI Season Up Fish, soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    2. Remove the shrimp from marinade (reserve the marinade) thread the shrimp through wooden skewers.

    3. In a pot over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add onions and sauté until transparent about 3 minutes.

    4. Add marinate and boil, stirring frequency, until reduced and thickened about 8 minutes.

    5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place shrimp on a baking sheet covered with foil .Brush shrimp liberally with glaze. Bake for 10 minutes, brushing with glaze every 5 minutes.

    6. Sprinkle with chive / escallion prior to serving.
