In a small bowl whisk together garlic, honey, stout, red pepper flakes, mustard, MAGGI Season Up Fish, soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the shrimp from marinade (reserve the marinade) thread the shrimp through wooden skewers.

In a pot over medium high heat, add olive oil. Add onions and sauté until transparent about 3 minutes.

Add marinate and boil, stirring frequency, until reduced and thickened about 8 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place shrimp on a baking sheet covered with foil .Brush shrimp liberally with glaze. Bake for 10 minutes, brushing with glaze every 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with chive / escallion prior to serving.
