Ingredients

  • 26 Ounces Soup, Black Bean, Canned, Prepared With Equal Volume Water Drained, rinsed and pat dried
  • 1 Cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Escallion Chopped
  • 20 grams MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 Pieces Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Ounces Tortilla Chips, Low Fat, Baked Without Fat Crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Bell Peppers Finely Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Escallion Finely Chopped
  • 2 cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cube
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

    1. On a baking tray, greased with pan spray, spread out black beans evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

    2. In a sauté pan heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic and escallions, until onions are translucent. Place in a large bowl or in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Stir or pulse everything together, then add the black beans. Mash with a fork or pulse the mixture. Leaving large chunks of beans.

    3. Form into patties about 1/3 cup of mixture in each.

    4. Place patties on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees

    5. In a sauté pan heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic, until onions are translucent.

    6. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for three (3) minutes, stirring occasionally.

    7. Serve with black bean patties
