Season pork with Season Up Ginger. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, tamarind, garlic and pepper flakes / chili paste until smooth.
Skewer the pork and brush lightly with the sauce.
Grill or broil the skewers over moderately high heat, turning and basting with sauce, until the pork is lightly charred and just cooked through, about 6 minutes.
Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
