In an iron pot, heat oil and caramelize brown sugar.
When sugar has caramelized, add peas and coat them completely with the caramelized sugar.
Add orzo, carrot, chive, chadon beni/cilantro, celery, onion, pimiento/seasoning peppers, garlic and pumpkin. Stirring to coat all items in the caramelized sugar.
Combine water, Coconut Milk Powder, Carnation and Cubes and pour into the pot stirring to combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.
