Use Season Up Chicken to season the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Bake chicken (covered) for 20 minutes.

Melt the butter over medium heat. Sautéonions until they turn golden brown colour.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese

Butter a casseroledishand line with half of the slices of cheese. Then pour the chicken mixture on top, and top with the rest of the cheese slices.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
