Ingredients

  • 1 pack MAGGI SEASON UP Chicken (10 g)
  • 1 pound Chicken breast fillet, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • Dill pickled, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 Stuffed Green olives, finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers,drainedand rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Golden raisin
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Cashew nut,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme,finely chopped
  • 1 pound Gouda cheese, sliced

Instructions

    1. Use Season Up Chicken to season the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

    2. Bake chicken (covered) for 20 minutes.

    3. Melt the butter over medium heat. Sautéonions until they turn golden brown colour.

    4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese

    5. Butter a casseroledishand line with half of the slices of cheese. Then pour the chicken mixture on top, and top with the rest of the cheese slices.

    6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
