Iced Chai Coffee

  • ½ cup Hot water
  • 2 tbsps. Granulated sugar
  • 4 tsps. NESCAFE Instant Coffee
  • 1 inche piece Ginger root, sliced
  • 8 Black peppercorns / pimento berries
  • 1/8 tsp. Cardamom powder (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1 ½ cups NESTLE Low Fat UHT Milk


  1. Combine water, sugar, coffee, ginger. Peppercorn / pimento berries, cardamom and cinnamon.

  2. Let sit for 3 minutes. Then strain liquid into a small jug.

  3. Add milk and stir to mix.

  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
